Message Your throttlebodies have been finished for a few days and it would be nice to get payment on them before I ship them out. We (you and I) agreed before you sent me anything that this would take some time to complete as doing this kind of work comes second to everything else I do. I was reluctant to take them on at all because of this as I knew it wouldn't be something I could knock out overnight and I didn't want to hold you up. But you were dead-set on having me do them so I took it on without payment in advance and with the understanding that this would take some time to complete. They are done, I assure you - and I can ship them out to you as soon as we can settle up on payment.

In all fairness, the 60mm throttlebodies you sent were incompatible with the OEM return spring/linkage assembly - they aren't Stanza or 240SX units which use the same size milled-shaft components. They also have different diameter shaft seals, which required additional machining of the seal bosses to fit the OEM double-lip seals. Fortunately I have the machining equipment to do this, which would have made this job impossible for anyone else without the equipment. I'm not inclined to charge you more for the job than we originally agreed on even though it took considerably longer than I expected, but then again, we both knew this wasn't going to be an overnight job.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do about this - this is the exact sort of thing I was trying to avoid from the start and made it clear that this isn't something that would get turned out right away. But they are finished and done right so you wont have any problems with them.

Here's the finished throttlebodies:
